Welcome to our first ever go at 'The Langdon 90' a true test of your endurance and mindset.
This is a trip to Langdon woods which is a an individual effort or as many laps of the woods as you can with a Time Cap of 90 mins.
Bring plenty of water and carbs for during this event. We will finish the 90 mins then go to Harvey Causley's Toastie wagon - Butter Side Up situated at Felicity's Farm Shop. To enjoy a well earned toastie. (we will pre-order these so Harvey is aware, then just pay for what you have when we get to his wagon)
