Create a fantastic habit by coming to these circuits. I have specifically design these to cater for everyone and all fitness levels. Get involved, you will not regret it. This class will last no longer than an hour including demos, warm up and cool down. You will need to bring a water bottle.

Warm up starts at 0615, you will finish after a stretch off no later than 0700.
